Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must not be pregnant and understand that children cannot reside with you.
Must have completed a rehabilitation program or be active in a recovery program with a professional referral.
Must be mentally and medically functional and be willing and able to pass an initial drug and alcohol screen upon admission.

The 501 House has an inclusive interview process. First, an initial application is received and screened, and for selected applicants, appointments are set up for a panel interview. Local applicants are interviewed in person, and out of applicants can be conducted via telephone or Zoom. In-person interviews are generally scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays only.

Still, apply! If you express interest and meet our qualifications, we will add you to our waiting list and notify you if a room becomes available. In these cases, selected applicants are still expected to meet all of the eligibility requirements at the time of their entry. We are also happy to help make any referrals or try to help assist in providing resources you may need if our rooms are not available.

You will be able to email us your completed paperwork if you are interested and meet the requirements. We will review the paperwork and reach out with an answer as soon as possible!
